SIGHTS

GRITSA
Gritsa Litochorou is the seaport of the homonymous settlement. A beautiful coast with an harmonious combination of pebbles, sand and clear blue sea and awarded with a Blue flag, is the traditional Litohoro beach and is stretched in 2 km length up to Plaka.
Gritsa is located in the shadow (foot) of mythical Mount Olympus, at a very short distance from the archaeological site and the Museum of Dion. It offers the opportunity for an unforgettable vacation by the sea and Mount Olympus.
The picturesque fish taverns can serve you fresh fish midday and evening. To the port of Gritsa, you can moor your small boats and you can organise sailing tours.
It is located 16km. from Katerini and has easy access via the National Highway E75 (Litohoro node) and the railway station (Litohoro station).
